Why B vitamins?
B vitamins play an important role and are crucial for several of the body's functions. Among other things, b vitamins are involved in energy and protein metabolism, the nervous system, skin and fur quality, as well as the new formation of cells and the production of red blood cells.
Active dogs may have an increased need for B vitamins during periods of a lot of exercise. The dog may also need supplements if it has suffered from an imbalance in the intestinal flora or if it has been on medication.
